Dr. Savage has been practicing dentistry in Henderson and Las Vegas for more than 25 years. He received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California.
Dr. Savage grew up in Henderson, Nevada, is married, and has five daughters and several grandchildren. He enjoys fishing, reading, travel, and most of all, spending time with his grandkids. |

Archana - Front Office
I love meeting new people and building a connection with them. It’s important that everyone feels welcome, safe, and happy during their visits, starting as they walk through the doors. I greet people by name and with a smile, check them in, and update their paperwork. Additionally, I answer our phones and schedule visits at times that work with patients’ busy lives. I also work with patients to make sure they get the most from their insurance benefits. When not working, my husband Gilbert and I love visiting California to see my two adult kids, Alyssa and Vincent. We also enjoy camping in our travel trailer and playing with our two dogs. |
Ashley - Dental Assistant
I love helping our patients. Working to get them out of pain, improving their smile, and making sure they have a painless visit, is very fulfilling. We serve an amazing group of people and I enjoy hearing everyone’s latest news. I make sure our patient is comfortable in the chair, explain what will happen, and prepare them to see Dr. Savage. Then, sitting chairside, I assist the doctor while keeping the patient updated on everything. At the end of the procedure, I offer home care instructions and check to make sure our patient is happy with everything we’ve done. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending my free time with my wonderful kids. I also love participating in half-marathons and OCR races. I’m a transplant from Washington, having moved to Las Vegas in 2005.

Wendy - Registered Dental Hygienist
I love getting to know our patients on a personal level. I work hard to educate each person about their oral and overall health, encouraging them to develop their healthiest smile! Every patient has specific dental hygiene concerns. While I’m cleaning their teeth and providing other preventive care, I talk with my patient about their mouth. I teach them how to keep it clean and healthy, so they will have a lifetime of incredible smiles.My husband Andy and I have four daughters: Amy, Emily, Natalie, and Stephanie. We also have three dogs and a couple of tortoises. Our family loves camping, hiking, fishing, and Disneyland! Right now, my hobbies are my kids’ hobbies and there’s never a dull moment! |

My husband and I moved to Las Vegas in 2004 when he finished law school. We have three fun girls and one crazy boy. I love photography, traveling, and time with my family.

Kim - Office Coordinator
I love interacting with our patients. Everyone has wonderful stories to share and I enjoy hearing their latest news. As a family-friendly office, we have everyone from toddlers through great-grandparents: I love caring for multiple generations! It’s a pleasure to be part of their healthcare team, helping them stay healthy and happy. I oversee all aspects of the front office, making sure we’re running smoothly as possible. This means our team can focus on each patient’s comfort and making them feel welcome. My husband Trevor and I have been married for more than 15 years. Our son Tyler is in middle school. His best buddy is our Goldendoodle, Sammy. We enjoy camping and riding off-road vehicles. |
